Horizontal Bead Mill is a Nano Scale wet grinding and dispersing  for closed continuous production. Comparing with traditional Basket grinding equipment, it uses Yttrium stabilized zirconium beads with higher specific gravity and higher hardness as grinding medias. And it shows higher grinding efficiency(2 to 3 times higher), better final fineness(nano scale ), wider application(Available for middle and high viscosity  materials) and better wear resistance, easy operation and high reliability. The machine is also with  temperature and pressure monitor and protection to ensure the quality of the ultrafine product.

1. Patented turbine grinding structure has a higher filling with grinding media. True comminution and high speed dispersion 
2. Double cooling systems for the chamber and end cap. The dissolvent which is compatible with grinding material can be added as cooling agency to reduce the production loss because of little leakage .
3. Feeding device: USA imported pneumatic diaphragm pump or frequency control gear pump is optional as clients' requirements. Feeding and discharging tubes  with good solvent resistant property.
4. High security property. The Horizontal  bead mill will automatically stop working when there is water shortage, air pressure shortage or over-high material temperature.
5. Grinding chamber and rotor is made of high wear resistant silicon carbide and zirconia which has no metallic pollution and discoloring. 
6. Reasonable design for inner and outer structure allows stable performance with no vibration and noise.
