Power supply; power transmission and distribution; winding of motors, electrical appliances and electrical instruments to achieve electromagnetic energy conversion; measurement of electrical and physical parameters; transmission of signals, information and control; used for shared antenna television or cable television systems; used for radio transmission and The feeder line of the receiving antenna or the connection line of various radio frequency communication and test equipment.
 

Structure:

The 25KV/35KV aluminum conductor insulated cable features a compact round conductor, composed of aluminum strands, blocked or not, and with a cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) covered in black or gray color, with special characteristics to be resistant against electric tracking and UV-rays.

As XLPE is a thermoset material, the 25KV/35KV aluminum conductor insulated cable enables operation up to 90°C continuously all while delivering higher capacity when compared to the thermoplastic materials.

Applicable conditions:

1. Long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor: PVC and polyethylene insulation should not exceed 70℃; cross-linked polyethylene insulation should not exceed 90℃.
2. The laying temperature of the cable is not lower than -20℃.
3. The allowable bending radius of the cable: if the cable outer diameter (D) is less than 25mm, it should be no less than 4D; if the cable outer diameter (D) is 25mm and above, it should be no less than 6D.
