Scope of application:

Mine rubber-sheathed flexible cables are suitable for mobile laying cables for mining power plants with power frequency rated voltage U0/U 8.7/10KV and below.

Use characteristics:

● Power frequency rated voltage U0/U is 380/660V, 660/1140V, 1.9/3.3kv, 3.6/6kv, 6/10KV, 8.7/10KV, 300/500V.
● Maximum allowable working temperature of cable conductor: 65℃ 90℃
● The minimum allowable working environment temperature of the cable is -35℃
● Cable bending radius: not more than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Product Standards:

This product is produced according to GB/T12972-2008 "Rubber sheathed flexible cables for mines", MT818-2009 "Flame retardant cables for coal mines", and can also be in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission recommended standards IEC, British standards, German standards and the United States according to user needs Standard production.

Choice of cable model:

The selection of the cable model has a great relationship with the reliability, safety and economical reasons of the power supply.
1. The level difference of the actual cable laying location should be compatible with the specified allowable cable laying level difference.
2. The cable should have a conductor of sufficient cross-section for protective grounding.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use aluminum-clad cables.
4. The flame-retardant cable that has passed the inspection and obtained the safety mark of coal mine products must be selected.
5. The cross-section of the main core of the cable should meet the load requirements of the power supply line.
