Application:

The full name of rubber-sheathed cable is heavy-duty general-purpose rubber-sheathed flexible cable, which is a kind of rubber-sheathed cable. YC cable is suitable for household appliances, power tools and various mobile electrical equipment or light mobile electrical equipment with AC rated voltage below 450/750V, or for temporary construction on construction sites, and can withstand greater mechanical external forces. The long-term allowable working temperature of the core should not exceed 60°C.

The rubber sheathed flexible cable with rated voltage up to 450/750V is in accordance with the standard GB5013-1997.

Rubber insulated flexible wire and cable with rated voltage up to 450/750V is in accordance with the standard JB8735-1998.

Specificaiton:

Main technical performance and delivery length

1. The insulated core can withstand the AC 50Hz power frequency spark test without breakdown.
2. The insulation resistance between the insulated cores of the finished cable is not less than 50M at +20℃ and one kilometer in length.
3. The finished cable insulation cores can withstand AC power frequency voltage test without breakdown.
4. The length of the coil is 100m or an integral multiple of 100m, and the length of the coil is more than 100 meters.
5. Allow the delivery of short-length cables with a length of not less than 10m, but the quantity shall not exceed 10% of the total length.
6. It is allowed to deliver according to the length agreed by both parties, and the length measurement error should not exceed ±0.5%.
