Working Principle
Working principle: CCD color sorter uses CCD digital camera for material signal acquisition. The system analyzes the collected signals, processes, compares, and eliminates materials beyond the set value.
Color selection process: During operation, material in the feed hopper is evenly distributed across each chute under the action of the vibrator. The CCD system detects signals from the falling material. If unqualified material or impurities are detected, the ejector activates to blow defective items into the hopper. (Diagram shows working process; actual material may vary.)
