Mini sorter color sorter is an equipment that automatically sort out different color particles in granular materials by photoelectric technology according to the difference of materials colors.Suitable for sorting and grading for all kinds of seeds.The machine, recognize the slightest mildew,based on the difference of optical characteristics of the materials,sort,grade and remove impurities automatically through photoelectric technology, improves the quality of the materials.
Input product is loaded into the in-feed hopper , it moves along the vibrating plate , until it flows on to a sloping chute, where it is individually checked at 360° and sorted by RGB Full color cameras .
Depending on the signals received by the optical device, the sorter's software controls the pneumatic device, which physically separates the unwanted products out of the conforming ones, which naturally reach their discharging hopper.
