Mineral Color Sorting Machine Working Principle:
When color sorter is working, feed hopper in the materials under the action of vibrator is uniform distribution in each chute. The CCD signal while the materials are dropping is in testing. If it is found that there are unqualified materials or impurities in the materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods in the hopper.
What is a CCD in a camera?
Stands for "Charged Coupled Device." CCDs are sensors used in digital cameras and video cameras to record still and moving images. The CCD captures light and converts it to digital data that is recorded by the camera. For this reason, a CCD is often considered the digital version of film.
Color Sorter Machine Working Flow
1. Raw Material are put into the machine from its feeding hopper on the top.
2. Vibrated by vibration device and sliding along material chute into the zone of observation in sorting chamber through sensor and background plate .
3. Under the effect of light source, CCD sensor receives compound light from materials being sorted.
4. According to the light intensity and color changes, make the system produce output signal and drive solenoid valve to work ,ejecting the discolor grain to defect chamber and good materials continue to fall into the finished goods chamber.
