We will test here first(it is helpful if you can send us your material), after testing, we will send you a video to tech but if still have problem after you received it, we will send one engineer but it is paid.

3. Can you supply the air compressor, air tank and air filters?
Yes, we can provide above equipments, our standard offer includes color sorter machine with air compressor, air tank and filters.

4. Is oversea service available?
Yes, our engineers could go abroad when required. but the cost need to be covered by Customer.

5. How to calculate Installation personnel cost?
Normally we will finish the installation here and if customer have special request, we will send 1 Engineer to teach, but customer need to cover the cost, including round -trip transportation and accommodation .
