Firstly we feed mixed rice in the hopper and run the machine. With the shocking of vibrator,the mixed rice will be uniformly distributed into the chute. While rice is dropping , the CCD signal starts working. If the cameras catch the unqualified rice or impurities in the mixed rice , they will send the signal to PLC and PLC orders the ejectors to blow the defective rice into the hopper.
