Working Principle:

 

When color sorter is working, the materials in hopper is uniformly distributed into each chute by the vibrator. While the materials are dropping,the CCD signal is running. If the cameras catch there are unqualified materials or impurities in the materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods into the hopper.
