1.WENYAO Plastic Color Sorter Machine Working Principle

Original materials are put in to Material Hopper,Under the vibratory feeder working, The materials will go through chute,

Then coming to zone of observation in sorting chamber through sensor and background plate. Under the effect of light source, CCD sensor receives compound light from materials being sorted. According to the light intensity and color changes, make the system produce output signal and drive solenoid valve to work, ejecting the discolor grain to defect chamber and good materials continue to fall into the finished goods chamber

Color Sorter Function:

When color sorter is working, feed hopper in the materials under the action of vibrator is uniform distribution in each chute. The CCD signal while the materials are dropping is in testing. If it is found that there are unqualified materials or impurities in the materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods in the hopper.
