Refinish Car is two-component acrylic polyurethane clear coat. It features high solid content, good weather resistance and performs brilliant luster and hardness. Suitable for spray on the surface of one-component base coat.

Refinish Paint applicable to all kinds of cars, buses, buses and industrial aspects of large area repair or whole vehicle spraying.

► Surface Preparation

1, Surface Should Be Clean And Free Of Dust, Grease And Oil.

2, Old Varnish Surfaces Must Be Sanded Using Grit Sandpaper Number 1200, Before Applying The Clear Coat.

► Construction Condition

Number Of Coats & Thickness: 2-3 Coats, 40-60μm Flash Time: Allow 5-10 Minutes Between Coats

Apply Using a Spray

Gun Nozzle:

1.2-1.4mm (Gravity Spray Gun)

1.3-1.5mm (Suction Spray Gun)

-Spraying Pressure: 3-4 Bar.

-Spraying Viscosity: 13~18s(Ford Cup #4 At 20ºC)

-Number Of Coats: 3 Coats Maximum.

2, Can you please advise what is your minimum order value?

We would like to send small quantities for testing & evaluation purposes, an initial order/ minimum sea shipping is 1 pallet = around 60 cartons can be combined with different items by sea shipping

3, How about your package?

For 1liter our carton is 12 pcs, so better 12 cans each , For 4 liter our carton is 6 pcs,so better 6 cans each. Customized Packing: We provide customized packing to our customers

4, Can you do paper labels / stickers with smaller qty

We can also do paper labels/stickers, the label/sticker cost each is USD0.50/pc for the cost additionally, the minium qty each cans is 1000 pcs.
