► Spraying Method

Paint

The pearl silver pink paint spraying is divided into three sprays: the first spray is mist spray, and the gun speed can be relatively fast, so that the repaired area or the whole car can be sprayed as thin as a mist, so that the paint can adhere to the intermediate paint film. The second time spraying covers the intermediate paint or putty red and gray layer, showing the color. Be careful not to have silver-pink paint stains, blooming and other problems. The speed of the gun can be slightly faster. The third spraying is to correct the uneven spraying caused by the second spraying. Generally speaking, it is the standard that the color of the repaired area or the entire car should be uniformly covered.

Varnish

1. After spraying the color paint, flash dry for 5~15min, so that part of the solvent will evaporate, and spray after the coating becomes dry. You can spray the varnish when you touch the coating lightly with your fingers and do not stain the color. If the paint surface is rough or prevent dust. It can be wiped with dust cloth and compressed air while blowing. After wiping, use a degreasing agent to degreasing (called degreasing agent in the industry).

2. The first spraying of the varnish is mainly mist spraying. It should not be sprayed too thickly, and sprayed to the extent that the gloss can appear slightly, and the running speed of the spray gun can be slightly faster.

3. The second coat of varnish spraying is for decoration, and the brightness should be sprayed; pay attention to flatness and gloss. Use the two-pass (back and forth) spraying method to spray overlappingly, and the spray gun runs at a normal or slightly slower speed.

► Construction

1. Base temperature is not less than 5°C,the relative humidity of 85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the base material),fog, rain , snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited construction.

2. Before painting the paint, clean the coated surface to avoid impurities and oil.

3. The product can be sprayed, it is recommended to spray with special equipment. The nozzle diameter is 1.2-1.5mm,the film thickness is 40-60um.
