► 2K Car Paint Information
Construction requesr: 2K car paint must be sprayed with curing agent and thinner before spraying. This is a one-pass method. 2K paint has its own brightness and no need to use varnish to increase gloss.
Effect: 2K car paint is better than 1K car paint. 1K paint only serves as a base color and protects the surface of the paint film. The hardness of 2K is better than 1K.

2K Acrylic Car paint has the characteristics of high gloss, excellent weather resistance, high film thickness, good hardness, and good adhesion.
► 1K & 2K Car Paint
1K car paint and 2k car paint differences are as follows:
1k acrylic car paint can only be a one-component, the more popular is the original paint thinner, and then spray.
2k acrylic car paint is also a two-component, popular one is the original paint, curing agent, thinner, and then spraying.
is not allowed to be mixed together. It can be used as primer 1k and topcoat 2k, but it is never allowed to have both 1k and 2k in the primer or topcoat.
► Surface Treatment
Old paint film that has been hardened and polished, the surface should be dry and free of impurities such as grease.
► Construction Method
1. Spray as far as possible, special cases can be brush coating;
2. The paint must be evenly mixed during construction,and the paint should be diluted with a special solvent to the viscosity required for construction.
3. During construction,the surface should be dry and cleaned of dust.
4. Spray 2-3 layers, can be polishing after 15 hours.
► Construction Condition
1. Base temperature is not less than 5°C,the relative humidity of 85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the base material),fog, rain , snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited construction.
2. Before painting the paint, clean the coated surface to avoid impurities and oil.
3. The product can be sprayed, it is recommended to spray with special equipment. The nozzle diameter is 1.2-1.5mm,the film thickness is 40-60um.
