Car paint color swatches is two-component paints (also referred to as 2K paints) are paint systems with two components in one paint mix. One component is the paint, and the other is a hardener that reacts chemically with the paint when sprayed.

► Product Features

Car paint color swatches is high solid content and fast dry. Especially formulated for spray over 1K base coat to give very glossy finishing. Excellent yellow and weather resistant. Outstanding flow, leveling and anti-scratch. 

► Product Application

Car paint color swatches has the characteristics of high gloss, excellent weather resistance, high film thickness, good hardness, and good adhesion. and widely can be used for partial spraying of new cars or repairing of old cars.

► Surface Treatment

Clean with hot soapy water, remove oil with degreaser, polish the surface with 800#-1000# sandpaper, rinse and dry with clean water, and then remove oil with degreaser again.

► 1K and 2K different

1. 1K paint.

1K paint can be directly added to the thinner for spraying, and the mixing ratio with 1K game thinner is 1:1, and no curing agent is required. The 1K paint shows a matte state after being sprayed and dried, so it must be sprayed directly on the surface of the base color paint after mixing with varnish, curing agent, and thinner.

2. 2K paint.

Before using 2K paint for spraying, add curing agent and thinner before spraying. 2K paint has its own brightness, no need to use varnish to increase gloss. From the effect of spraying, 2K paint is better than 1K paint. 1K paint only serves as a base color and protects the surface of the paint film. In terms of hardness, 2K paint is better than 1K paint.

2,Can you please advise what is your minimum order value?

We would like to send small quantities for testing & evaluation purposes, hence an initial order/ minimum sea shipping of 1 pallet=60cartons can be combined with different items by sea shipping

3, Regarding the customers’ label on the product – what are the MOQ per item?

We can OEM customers’ label or brand, the cans factory demand each can shape minimum is 5000pcs, for examples:1L round cans=5000pcs,4L round cans=5000pcs, 1L square cans=5000pcs,4L square cans=5000pcs.etc.

4, Can you do paper labels / stickers with smaller qty

We can also do paper labels/stickers ,the label/sticker cost each is USD0.5/PC for the cost additionally,the minimum qty each cans is 1000pcs.

5, How about your package?

For 1liter our carton is 12pcs ,so better 12cans each , For 4liter our carton is 4pcs,so better 4cans each. Customized Packing.We provide customized packing to our customers
