► Features
The paint film has good fullness, high gloss, high hardness and good adhesion.
The paint film has excellent mechanical properties, excellent gloss retention, weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and good acid resistance, alkali resistance, alcohol resistance, Gasoline resistance.
► Application
Acrylic 1K Primer is widely used in anti-rust paint/ship/automotive paint metal paint/automotive curing agent/automotive varnish/paint/industrial paint/advertising marking paint.
► Store Requires
Sealed stored in dry conditions within the temperature range 15℃ to 20 ℃ and relative humidity range 55% to 75%.
► Construction Condition
1. Base temperature is not less than 5°C,the relative humidity of 85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the base material),fog, rain , snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited construction.
2. Before painting the paint, clean the coated surface to avoid impurities and oil.
3. The product can be sprayed, it is recommended to spray with special equipment. The nozzle diameter is 1.2-1.5mm,the film thickness is 40-60um.
