Polyurethane paint, also referred to as PU paint or PU coating, is a durable, highly-resistant coating used in industrial and architectural coating systems. It is popular in the marine industry and is used for numerous applications including coatings, rigid and flexible foams, and varnishes.
Features
Good anti-corrosion performance. The coating has good adhesion, toughness, abrasion resistance, elasticity and resistance to acid, alkali, salt, oil, petroleum products, benzene solvents, water, boiling water, seawater and chemical atmosphere.
Application
Suitable for anti-corrosion coating of steel structure facilities, gas pipelines, chemical facilities, oil tank storage tanks, bridges, docks, gas tanks, motors, electrical appliances, aluminum alloys, etc. Suitable for anti-corrosion coating of wood, plastic, rubber, cement and other products.
Construction Condition
The substrate temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, and at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature, and the relative humidity is <85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Construction is strictly prohibited in fog, rain, snow, and windy weather.
Pre-coat the primer and intermediate paint, and dry the product after 24 hours. The spraying process is used to spray 1-2 times to achieve the specified film thickness, and the recommended thickness is 60 μm. After construction, the paint film should be smooth and flat, and the color should be consistent, and there should be no sagging, blistering, orange peel and other paint diseases.

Group B: curing agent 4kg, 5 to 1 (weight ratio) mixing.
Use after curing for 20 minutes. it is recommended that the number of coating channels: a primer, topcoat two to three, depending on the need for coating thickness.
