Intended Use
This product is used to detect 2019-nCoV IgM / IgG antibody in human serum, plasma or
whole blood. It is only used as a supplementary test index for a suspected case which the
result is negative for 2019-nCoV nucleic acid, or used in conjunction with the nucleic acid
testing in the diagnosis of suspected case.
This product is to be used as an auxiliary diagnosis and emergency reserve for pneumonia
patient infected by 2019-nCoV
Test Method
1. Preparation before experiment
Remove the reagents and samples, and return all reagents andsamples to room temperature.
2. Experimental Steps
① Open the aluminum foil bag. Take out the test strip and place it
horizontally.
② Add 10μL of the sample to the sample hole of the test strip, and
then add 2 drops (about 60μL) of sample buffer.
③ React at room temperature.After 10-15 minutes, the results of the
test can be read The results after 20minutes are invalid.
④ Concise operating procedures
Open package, Take out the test strip, and place it horizontally
↓
Add 10μL of the sample to the sample hole of the test strip
↓
Add 2 drops (about 60μL) of sample buffer to the sample hole
↓React at room temperature for 10-15 minutes
Read the results with the naked eye
Interpretation of test results
Negative,Positive,Invalid
Diagram of the test results :
① Invalid result: If there is no visible red line or only the test
line (T line) but no quality control line (C line), the result is
invalid , and the test needs to be performed again.
② Negative result: If there is only a red quality control line
(C line), indicating that there is no antibody in the sample or the
antibody is below the detection level.
③ Positive result: If there are two red lines (one red quality
control line and one red test line) or three red lines (one red
quality control line and two red test lines), the result is positive.
