D-dimer Overview
D-dimer (D-dimer) is an important marker associated with acute thrombus, and its elevation reflects the increased coagulation and cellulose lytic activity in vivo. It not only reflects the presence or continuous formation of thrombus in vivo, but also reflects the enhancement of cellulose dissolution activity in vivo. D-dimer in cellulose cracking products can reflect thrombolytic activity after thrombus formation, which is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical thrombotic diseases.
