Precautions During Use

1. According to different testing requirements, select the appropriate blood collection tube. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the laboratory staff.
2. The sampling number must be pasted on the blood collection tube, consistent with the number on the checklist. It should be attached to the paper label of the blood collection tube, not on the glass to prevent it from falling off.
3. When taking blood, the patient should relax, in a warm environment, to prevent venous contracture, and the tourniquet time should not be too long (some scholars now think that the tourniquet should not be used as much as possible), observe whether the blood collection is smooth, and do not shoot the arm, otherwise May cause local blood concentration or activate the coagulation system.
4. The recommended blood collection sequence is: no anticoagulation tube (serum tube) → separation gel/accelerator tube → heparin/EDTA tube → coagulation tube → blood sedimentation tube. The main reason is that the first tube often contains tissue fluid, which is easy to cause coagulation and is not suitable for blood coagulation test; avoid the contamination of serum tube by anticoagulant.
5. After the blood is collected, roll up the blood samples according to different test categories (biochemical, immunological, routine, coagulation, erythrocyte sedimentation rate), and classify them with the test sheet. All blood samples must not be mixed together to avoid confusion
6. The ratio of blood to anticoagulant must be accurate, and blood volume should meet the requirements.
7. After blood collection, gently rotate the test tube to mix 8-10 times, but do not vigorously shake it. The specimen should be placed vertically after blood collection
