Intended Use
The product was used to detect 2019-nCoV IgM / IgG antibodies in human serum, plasma, or whole blood.It was only used as a supplementary testing index for suspected cases with negative 2019-nCoV nucleic acid test results, or in combination with nucleic acid testing for the diagnosis of suspected cases.
This product is used as an auxiliary diagnosis and emergency reserve for patients with pneumonia infected with 2019-nCoV infection
Test Method
1. Preparation before the experiment
Reagents and samples were removed, and all reagents and samples were recovered to room temperature.
2. experimental procedure
(1) Open the foil bag.Remove the test paper and place it horizontally.
(2) Add 10 L of samples to the injection hole of the test note, and add 2 drops of (~60 L) sample buffer.
(3) For the room temperature reaction.Test results can be read after 10 – 15 minutes.The results were invalid after 20 minutes.
(4) Simple operating procedures
Open the package, remove the test paper, and place it horizontally

Ten microliters of the sample were added to the injection wells of the test note
↓
Add 2 drops (~60 microliters) of the sample buffer to the sample well
↓
Reactions occurred for 10 – 15 min at room temperature
See the results with the naked eye.
