Intended Use
This product is used to detect 2019 kinds of nCoV IgM/IgG antibodies in human serum, plasma or whole blood. Only as a supplementary detection index for suspected cases with negative nCoV nucleic acid test results in 2019, or combined with nucleic acid test to diagnose suspected cases.

Test Method
Remove reagents and samples, and return all reagents and samples to room temperature.
2. Experimental procedure
(1) Open the aluminum foil bag. Remove the test strip and place it horizontally.
(2) Add 10 L of sample to the injection hole of the test strip, and add 2 drops (~60 L) of sample buffer.
(3) Response at room temperature. Read the test results after 10-15 minutes. The result is invalid after 20 minutes.
(4) Simple operation procedures
Unpack, remove the test strip and place it horizontally.

Add 10 L sample to the injection well of the test strip.
↓
Add 2 drops (~60 L) of sample buffer to the sample well.
↓
The reaction lasts for 10-15 minutes at room temperature
Read the results with the naked eye.
Interpretation of test results
Negative,Positive,Invalid
Test result chart:
(1) invalid result: if there is no visible red line or only test
Cable (T line), but no quality control line (C line), as a result
Invalid, need to be tested again.
(2) Negative result: If there is only the red control line
Line (c) indicates that there is no antibody or antibody in the sample.
Put the antibody below the test level.
(3) Positive result: If there are two red lines (one red quality
Control line and one red test line) or three red lines (one red line
Quality control line and two red test lines) tested positive.
