1.Modeling: quick-release cover structure, simple operation and maintenance, large internal maintenance space, fast speed, saving labor, saving time, and improving work efficiency. 2. Conveying: The track is 304 stainless steel chain, which has the characteristics of stable operation and long service life, which meets the requirements of food hygiene. 3. The transmission part adopts a speed-adjustable decelerating motor to make the cleaning speed of the material adjustable. 4.The cleaning is divided into four stages,: 1) hot alkaline water 2) hot water 3) clean water 4 )disinfection water. Water can be recycled, saving energy and water sources. Each section is equipped with a multilayer filter device to prevent nozzle clogging. With automatic water control device to prevent damage to the pump due to lack of water. 5. The upper part of the basket washing machine is equipped with a pressing rod device, and both sides are equipped with a basket clamping device to prevent the relatively light basket from being separated from the normal running track due to excessive water pressure. 6.The machine is equipped with 3 nylon brushes, divided into left and right brushes and upper brush (adjustable left, right, up and down). 7.Water tank heating method: electric heating/steam heating two methods, the temperature is balanced, and the temperature rises quickly. 8.Temperature control method: electronic temperature controller controls and displays, adjusts the temperature through buttons to ensure temperature stability. 9.
