Principle for milk sterilizing autoclave
1. simply,milk sterilizing autoclave is a sealed high pressure container for killing bacterial in the food .
2. because the bacterials in the packaged food will be killed under the 121℃ and not to reproduce forever,because of this,our machine temperature is designed to 0-135 ℃ adjustable to killed all sorts of the bacterials, and the packaged food will be preserved for 6 monthes at the room temperature without any antiseptic

Water spray retort is equipped with water spray device, heat exchanger,powerful circulation pump.
Heating and holding phase :the powerful pump cycles the process water through retort and heat exchanger,the water is sprayed on the product surface,shorten cycle time .save energy and makes heat distribution more uniform,all the products inside the retort get the same thermal treatment.
Cooling phase :the powerful pump cycles process water through retort and heat exchanger, all the products inside the retort are cooled same,regardless of their location.
