Washing flow machine:

1. Washing time is 30-60s;

2. Washing process is for washing off the potato starch on the potato chips which can keep it from fall in the oil and keep long-use life for the frying machine;

Electric dryer:
1. With big air volume centrifugal turbofan, and small sharp air outlet, enable quick drying;
2. With SUS 304 mesh belt, mesh belt width could be 500-1000mm;
3. Mesh speed adjustable by gearbox;
4. With turnover type or flat type mesh belt, suitable for different products drying;
5. Each unit of blowing fan can be controlled separately;
6. Suitable for production line, continuously working;

Continuous frying machine:
1. Optional heating method: electricity, gas, steam, electromagnetism, etc;

2. Frying time can be set, automatic temperature control 0-300°C;
3. Double mesh belt and the conveyor speed is adjustable;
4. Can be equipped with oil filter machine and oil tank;
5. Equipped with mesh lifting system, easy to clean,fire-extinguishing device is optional;

Vibrating de-oil machine
1. lt is used to remove some oil by vibrating;

4. Put the fried chips into the De - oiling machine, then the chips will be ok for one minutes.

Packing machine:
