The production line include:cutting machine,frying machine ,deoiling machine,flavoring machine and packing machine.
Process of making banana chips
1. Remove banana peel by hand
2. Slice bananas through cutting machine
3. Fry the slices into banana chips
4. Remove the excess oil by de-oil machine
5. Mix flavor with banana chips.
6. Packing.
