Continous frying machine features:
1. The body and mesh belt of the continuous frying machine are made of 304 stainless steel, which is of high quality, durable and safe.
2. All electric machinery adopt NRV motor with CE certification standard, which has low failure rate, convenient control and high efficiency.
3. The mesh belt of the continuous fryer is designed with double-layer mesh belt. Food is in the middle of the two-layer mesh belt. The lower mesh belt plays the role of conveying products. The upper mesh belt can control the products in frying oil, avoid floating phenomenon and improve the quality of frying products. The width of the mesh belt and the space between the upper and lower mesh belt can be customized according to the product.
4. The oil temperature of the continuous frying machine fryer industrial potato chips frying machine is controlled by automatic temperature control system. The oil temperature can be adjusted between 0 and 300 degrees Celsius. After setting the required frying temperature, there is no need for manual control.
