The nut color selection machine is a device that uses photoelectric detection technology to automatically classify bad nut materials and high-quality nuts according to the difference in optical properties of materials. The goal is to help processors of all kinds of nuts, including walnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts and other tree nuts, choose the perfect sorting solution for their application. Currently, nut color selection machines are used for quality inspection and grading of loose nuts.
According to the vibration of the vibrator device, the nuts descend along the safe passage, accelerate into the selected observation area, and pass between the controller and the background wall. Under the action of the luminance source, according to the change of luminosity and hue, the system software causes the output data signal to drive the relay to blow to the waste cavity of the receiving warehouse, and the good nuts fall into the finished product cavity of the receiving warehouse again, and then select other purposes.
