Raw product go into the receiving hopper 7. Vibrating feeder 1 feeds material to feeding tray evenly. Product through feeding tray goes to inspection area for color cameras 3 and 10. The Product illuminated by powerful LED backlight 4. And the product is scanned from both sides by high-speed cameras for a defect according to the criteria set by the operator through the control panel 2. Good finished product continues to move into chamber for clean product 6. If the product is identified as dirt, then it move to the channel for waste fraction 5 by air ejector 11.
