Rice Color Sorter
Color sorting machine is a device that uses photoelectric detection technology to automatically sort particles of different colors based on the differences in optical properties of materials. Mainly used for quality testing and grading of loose materials. The main working principle of a color sorter is to transmit images of items to a computer through a high-speed camera, and then analyze them through a computer image processing system to control airflow or mechanical devices to eliminate unqualified items.
When color sorter is working, The materal in the feed hopper is evening distributed in each chute under the action of wibration device. When material falls CCD is being tested. If it is found that there are unqualified or impurities in the materials, the solenoid valve will blow the defective materials or impurities in the hopper.
