What is Color Sorter?

The Bean color sorter automatically sorts out the particles of different colors in the material according to the difference of color sesolution objects, and separates different objexts according to the different reflection and transmission of light of specific wavelength under certain lighting conditions,

From the hopper at the top of the color sorter, through the vibration of the feeding device, the selected material fall along the chute, enters the observation port in the sorting box, and passes between the image processing sensor CCD and the background devide.Under the action of the light source, the CCD receives the synthetic light signal from the selected material to make the system produce the output signal, which is amplified and transmitted to the FPGA operation processing system. then the control system sends a command to drive the solenoid valve to spray and blow the different color particles to the. the selected materials continue to fall into the finished product cavity of the hopper and flow out, so that the selected materials can achieve the purpose of selection.

The material can be process by the color sorter that can be sorted by the color sorter include the ore, plastic, agricultural products,quartz sand, glass,chemical industry etc.
