KST Adjustable Thermal Switch Bimetal Thermostat with 10A-16A rating for electric stoves, ovens, and heating appliances. This precision temperature control device utilizes bimetal thermal sensing technology for reliable circuit connection and disconnection based on temperature changes.
The adjustable temperature control switch employs dual metal sheets as thermal sensitivity reaction components. When product temperature increases, heat transfers to the bimetal sheets, causing movement at the set action temperature to open or close contacts. When temperature drops to the reset temperature setting, the bimetal sheets restore to their original state, completing or breaking the circuit to maintain temperature within a constant range.
Installation via aluminum mounting board with flexible positioning. Features excellent temperature control performance and minimal electromagnetic interference. Widely used in electric cookers, cake machines, rice cookers, frying pans, and stoves.
Integrated safety structure provides normal temperature adjustment control plus over-temperature protection in abnormal conditions. Compact design ensures safety, reliability, and economic efficiency. Primarily used for steam electric iron doors, standard electric iron doors, and various UL specification electric heaters.
