KSD-01F Temperature Control Thermal Switch
The KSD-01F temperature control switch is a fixed-temperature bi-metal snap-action controller designed for circuit board applications and thermal overload protection. This compact device offers stable performance, high precision, and exceptional reliability for temperature-sensitive applications.
Working Principle
Available in TO220 packages, the KSD-01F features a snap-type single pole/single throw contact with 100% on-off structure. When ambient temperature exceeds the calibrated threshold, the bimetal element rapidly moves to open or close the circuit (normally closed or normally open configuration). The switch automatically resets when temperature drops to the designated reset point, ensuring continuous thermal protection.
