Technical Description
The PTC electric heater features high-quality PTC thermosensitive ceramic heating components as the heat source, manufactured with corrugated aluminum strips bonded, welded, and molded at high temperatures. It utilizes national standard high-temperature resistant insulation brackets with standardized screw hole spacing for easy assembly.
Safety features include over-temperature fuse terminals with secure connections, terminal silicone sheath with excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong flame retardant properties. The wiring harness employs high-temperature resistant (300°C) polytetrafluoroethylene braided wire, ensuring secure installation and eliminating detachment and leakage risks.
