Usage Precautions
PTC heating elements are ideal for products requiring long lifespan and high safety, typically without additional temperature protection components. Heating power varies with usage conditions - higher water temperatures result in lower heating power. For maximum power output, PTC elements with dry firing temperatures of 220-280°C are recommended. Lower dry burning temperatures enhance safety and lifespan but require increased heat dissipation area.
