Fuse holders are available for device protection fuses and miniature fuses. Of course, the fuse holders comply with all RoHS / lead-free requirements, as well as the household appliance standard EN 60335-1 and are subject to the IEC 60127-6 standard. Thus, the AMPFORT fuse holders form a homogeneous assembly with the matching fuses. The holder group for miniature fuses is available not only in a typical THT design in round and square for different fuse pin lengths, but also in a reflow variant for automatic assembly and soldering processes in one pass. This variant enables the interchangeability of typical THT (solder-in) components. The performance data of the holders are matched to the characteristics of the miniature fuses, so that any combination (also from the protector portfolio) can be used without hesitation. The spring / holding forces of the contacts also provide sufficient contact reliability and component stability for applications in harsh environmental conditions.
