Thermally Protected Metal Oxide Varistor (TMOV/iTMOV)
The iTMOV and TMOV thermally protected varistors represent advanced integrated circuit protection technology. These radial leaded MOVs feature an integrated thermal element that opens during overheating caused by abnormal overvoltage conditions as defined in UL1449 standards.
