Installation Guidelines
Thermal fuses are single-use temperature sensing devices that permanently cut off circuits during overheating conditions to prevent fires in electrical equipment.
Connection Methods
Welding, spot welding, or splicing with proper clearance: minimum 1.6mm between wire and exposed objects, 6.3mm from wire end to grounding.
Mechanical Considerations
Avoid twisting alloy metal, limit vertical force to 1.5 pounds for wires and 0.4 pounds for pins. Maintain 3mm minimum distance from bending point to root, and prevent damage to resin and shell during installation.
