Operating Principle
When ambient temperature rises to the operating temperature, the pellet melts and releases the spring, which pushes the star contact to disconnect from the pin, permanently cutting off the circuit.
Application Fields
BF series thermal fuses are widely used for overheating protection in household appliances including refrigerators, washers, kitchen and bathroom appliances; automotive appliances; and office equipment.
