Y Series Square RH Thermal Fuse Thermal Cutoff Limiter available in 102°C, 115°C, 125°C, 130°C, and 150°C temperature ratings with 10A 250V capacity. Designed for electric faucets and heat-producing electrical appliances as a critical safety component to prevent overheating and potential fire hazards.
Working Principle
When equipment temperature rises abnormally, the thermal fuse detects the heat. At the set temperature threshold, the low melting point alloy melts and contracts into a spherical shape under special resin action, completely cutting off the electrical circuit.

Installation Guidelines
- Maintain 3mm distance from fuse body when bending wires
- Keep welding distance longer and time shorter when exceeding rated temperature
- Monitor current flow through fuse body carefully
- Avoid exposure to liquids or toxic gases like sulfuric acid and nitric oxide
- Do not connect heater directly to the fuse
