Product Overview
The Y series thermal fuse is a non-resettable thermal protection device with plastic casing, designed for precise temperature monitoring and reliable circuit interruption. This compact, epoxy-sealed component offers sensitive response to ambient temperature changes with stable operating characteristics.
Working Principle
When ambient temperature rises to the operating temperature of 120°C, the fusible alloy melts and retracts into bulbs on both sides of the pins. Through surface tension and specialized resin action, the circuit is permanently disconnected to prevent overheating damage.
