The KSD301 Ceramic Bimetal Thermostat is a precision temperature control switch featuring a 6.3mm vertical mount design specifically engineered for G18 pipe clamp applications. This industrial-grade component delivers reliable thermal management with certified performance.

This bimetal thermostat utilizes a temperature-sensitive bimetallic strip as its sensing element. During normal operation, the contacts remain in their default state. When the temperature reaches the preset cut-off point, the bimetallic strip generates internal stress and rapidly opens/closes the contacts to interrupt/connect the circuit, providing precise temperature control. Automatic reset occurs when the temperature decreases to the designated reset level.
