Calcium Aluminate Description

    The fused calcium aluminate produced by MINGRUI has uniform chemical composition, low melting point and fast melting speed, which can shorten the smelting time; fused calcium aluminate does not contain fluorine, does not corrode the furnace lining and ladle; the calcium aluminate has a compact structure, does not absorb water, and is convenient Storage and transportation: Due to thestable phase and fast slag formation, it can reduce dust pollution to steel plants and stabilize the refining process; it does not contain hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon and other impurities, which is beneficial to improve the quality of steel.

Properties

1. Reasonable chemical composition, low melting pointabout 1365. It can quickly form slag , shorten the duration of heat.

2. Without fluorin,no eroding to furnace lining and ladle.

3. Reduce consumption of refractory material.

4. It has good desulphurization effect.

5. It contains little moisture absorption material, can reduce the usage of hydrogen while smelting.

Tundish Flux:0-2mm, 3-8mm

Laddle Refining Slag:5-30mm, 5-50mm

Packing: 1mt/big bag or as per customer’s requirement

Remark: specification and size can be optimized by per customer' requirement.

Fused calcium aluminate’ advantages

1) Uniform chemical compositions, low melting point, high melting speed, and short smelting time;
