1. SS: Spunbond nonwoven fabric + spunbond nonwoven fabric
=hot rolled from two layers of fiber web;
SS non-woven fabric are medical and hygienic textiles made of chemical fibers including
polyester, polyamide,polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polypropylene, carbon fiber, and glass
fiber.Including disposable masks, surgical gowns, isolation gowns, lab coats, nurse caps, surgical caps,
doctor caps, surgical packs, maternity bags, diapers, pillowcases, bed sheets, quilt covers, shoe covers,
and other disposable medical consumables series.
2. SMS: Spunbond nonwoven fabric + melt-blown nonwoven fabric + spunbond nonwoven fabric
= three-layer fiber web hot rolled;
SMS is a composite non-woven fabric, which is a composite product of spunbond nonwoven and
meltblown. It has the advantages of high strength, good filtration performance, no binder, and no toxicity.
At present, it is mainly used in medical and health labor protection products such as surgical gown,
surgical drapes, protective clothes, hand washing clothes, handbags, women's sanitary napkins, etc.
3. SMMS:
Spunbond nonwoven fabric+meltblown nonwoven fabric+meltblown nonwoven fabric+spunbond
nonwoven fabric=Four-layer fiber web is hot rolled. SMMS non-woven fabric is a composite non-woven
fabric, which is a composite product of spunbond and melt-blown; it is an extension of SMS non-woven
fabric with better isolation function.
4. SSMMS:
Medical SSMMS non-woven fabric has a unique multi-layer spunbond/meltblown combination structure,
which has high barrier properties and good breathability. This material can be for surgical scarves,
surgical gowns, clean clothes, masks, and other medical products.
