The customer is responsible for delivering the defective product to the designated RMA Address for repair or replacement. Olycom will repair or replace a product that was found to be defective by Olycom during the warranty period at its discretion. The sole responsibility of Olycom under this warranty shall be limited to repair of this product, or replacement thereof, at the sole discretion of Olycom.
All RMA items shipped to Olycom must be freight prepaid.
The repaired products would be returned within 1 month after receiving the return materials. Freight charge should be paid by the sender.
Any RMA items shipped to Olycom which are out of warranty will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances.
