What is BOPP thermal lamination film?
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is mainly made with BOPP base film + EVA hot melt glue.
We use extrusion coating process to combine this two layers.
This product has two classifications: glossy/shine/transparent and matte/opaque, both of which sees thickness from 17 micron to 30 micron.
Its width could be from 200mm to 1920mm and length from 100m (1 inch core, 25mm) to 4500m (3 inch core, 76mm)
in the final film one side has properties of BOPP film and the other side becomes heat sensitive surface used for dry lamination or hot laminator.
Usage:
1) Cover on the paper, for example: Textbook covers, Magazines, catalogue, name card, label, posters, Calendars and Maps etc.
2) Any types of boxes, for instance: Gift boxes, sweet boxes, 3C products' boxes.
3) Medicine, Leaflets, Cosmetics, Digital printing and showing board or boxes.
4) This product is mainly used for the composition of printing, bag making, adhesive tape production and other base materials.
