1. Introduction of PET sheet making machine

(1) Single screw extruder design for PET sheet:  If the material that customers will use is all new and fresh PET material, then we will highly recommend this single screw design extrusion line. For making highly transparent PET sheet, single screw is always the best choice; But please also notice that the single design screw extrusion line also has some requirements to the PET material: 

1. it limits the amount rate of recycled PET material;

2. it requires to equip cystalizer and dryer to treat the PET material in advance;

(2) Twin screw extruder design for PET sheet: If the types of PET material that customers choose are both recycled PET material and fresh PET material, and most of the time, recycled PET is the main one, then we will definitely recommend customers to choose twin-screw design. Twin screw design extruder can process 100% recycled PET material. And it doesn't require customers to equip cystallizer for extra pro-treatment.
