1. Introduction of PE Hollow board extrusion line
The hollow building template extrusion line is mainly composed of an extruder, a screen changer, a mold, a vacuum setting table, a tractor, a stress reliever and a cutting machine. In the meantime, the extruder is a special plan for the selection of screws, and contains a temperature control system to ensure the outstanding plasticization of the material and high-yield stable extrusion. The screen changer of hydraulic quick screen changer can be used for quick screen change. The double-station sealing structure ensures the stable operation of the screen changer. The mold needs to be made of alloy steel, and the vacuum setting table has a built-in setting system with a fast heat exchange refrigeration structure.
