2. Introduction of PVC sheet production equipment

There are two main methods for making PVC rigid sheet:

(1) Calendering line: thickness 0.15mm-0.55mm, width ≤680mm

(2) Extrusion line: thickness 0.15mm-2.0mm, width ≤1300mm

GWELL machine adopts high-quality poly PVC powder produced by the suspension method as the main raw material, high-quality, high-transparent brand-new PVC sheet produced by formula modification, and can produce colored sheets and various grades of sheets according to customer requirements.

Production specifications: Thickness: 0.2MM---2MM,

Width: 150MM---800MM

(3) The main models of the PVC rigid sheet production line produced by Gwell include conical twin-screw 80mm extruders and 92mm extruders. The output of the 80 model can reach 350kg/h and the output of the 92 model can reach 600kg/h.

PVC extruded transparent sheet has the characteristics of flame retardant and self-extinguishing, high quality and low price, high transparency, good surface gloss, few crystal points, small water lines, strong impact resistance and easy molding. Main uses: food, medicine, electronics packaging of products, spare parts, toys, gifts, cosmetics and other products, and production of various stationery, shoe samples, billboards, and magnetic cards
