1. Introduction of EVOH high barrier sheet and production equipment

The barrier effect of EVOH high-barrier sheet is ten times higher than that of PVDC high-barrier sheet. EVOH sheet production machine can produce EVOH three-layer sheet, PVDC five-layer sheet or PVDC seven-layer sheet. The raw materials used are usually EVOH, PS, PP, PVC, PE and HIPS. It is usually used for food packaging such as dairy products, meat and canned food, as well as packaging for chemicals, electronic components and medicines.

2. Introduction of PA high barrier sheet and production equipment

PA high barrier sheet has good barrier properties, which is better than PVDC sheet under high temperature condition, but not as good as PVDC sheet under room temperature. With our PA sheet production machine, customers can make three-layer sheet,five-layer sheet or seven-layer sheet. The raw materials used are PA, PS, PP, PVC, PE and HIPS. The product is usually used as food packaging.

Our PA high barrier sheet production line adopts the co-extrusion technology of multiple extruders to produce multi-layer co-extruded composite PA high barrier sheet, such as ABA, ABCBA, ABCDCBA and other multi-layer structures, which are widely used in thermoforming and common food packaging,etc.
